• Direct Tax Compliance: Prepared and filed interim and annual tax returns for Cyprus based Companies, Banks and Insurance Companies and collaborated with cross-functional teams to research and resolve tax-related inquiries. Researched, analyzed, and interpreted complex tax regulations to ensure compliance with Cyprus tax laws and Regulatory Frameworks.
• Advisory: Provision of Corporate Services to Private Clients regarding Accounting, Audit and Tax aspects of their worldwide operations affecting their Cyprus based Holding Companies and inter alia, developed and implemented a risk-based AML program that identified and addressed areas of high risk

• Real Estates Recovery Division: General operations relating to Non-Performing Loans, inter alia, gathering all relevant documentation for the Immovable property and that of Court Order in order for the possession of the Immovable Property to be transferred to the Bank after Legal proceedings

• "Strategy & International Relations Department": Analyzed and archived data in relation to the requests for assistance within the framework of International Cooperation with the Supervisory Authorities or other organizations abroad
• "Issuers Department": Extracted Financial and Non-Financial data from the Interim or Annual Financial Statements of several Issuers and analyzed any announcements for acquisitions, in order to be factored within the Risk-Based Supervisory Framework (R-B SF)
