• Responsible for technical improvement of a large fleet of PSV, AHTS, DSV, CSV and survey vessels (26 vessels)
• Tasked with reduction of vessel downtime, reduction of technical OPEX & CAPEX costs, reduction of high value breakdown insurance related claims
• Reviewed the technical and operational business processes and implemented KPI's to track progress development
• Developed relationships with suppliers & integrated the Brazilian fleet into the Group`s global fleet agreements

• General Manager and Director for the DOF (UK) LTD office with overall responsibility for management of the office, department personnel & Fleet.
