• Led audit engagements for clients in various industries from KYC procedures to completion.
• Conduct risk assessment of projects, develop comprehensive audit plans, and establish audit strategies to ensure efficient and effective execution of audit procedures.

• Member of the KPMG AI team focused on developing methodologies, applications, and analytical tools to automate audit procedures.
• Facilitator within the KPMG Learning and Development department, conducting coaching sessions and developing training programs for colleagues on audit methodology and specialized audit software

Main engagement: Manager Assistant in charge of the audit of consolidated financial statements of AFI Development Group and J&T Holding Limited (real estate industry)

Main responsibilities:

• Proceed with client KYC procedures
• Led senior team members to ensure the completion of audit work with a focus on quality and accuracy, adhering to established standards and timelines
• Assist engagement Manager with daily responsibilities, including task coordination, progress tracking, and ensuring project milestones were met effectively and efficiently.
• Review/Perform complex areas of audit such as valuation review, estimates,provisions and etc.
• Review/Prepare financial statements and ensure their compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and other local regulatory standards

Main engagement: Senior in charge of the audit of consolidated financial statements of Zangezur Copper Molybdenum Combine CJSC, the largest taxpayer of Armenia (mining industry).

Main responsibilities:

• Reviewed and provided guidance to junior team members, ensuring the quality and accuracy of their work while facilitating their professional development.
• Allocate tasks to junior team members, ensuring timely completion through regular follow-up and support, while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Manage the review and completion of audit sections, providing summarized conclusions to the project Manager on various audit areas, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
• Engage in discussions with clients regarding identified issues and actively participated in meetings with management to address concerns and provide recommendations for resolution.
• Manage client acceptance and continuance processes in accordance with both local regulations and internal company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and adherence to established standards.

• Manage financial aspects of grants, including budget development, financial reporting, and compliance.
• Coordinate annual audits and ensure compliance with auditing standards.
• Prepare and file tax returns, including income tax, VAT, and other applicable taxes.
