  • Recruited, trained, managed, and on-boarded the company's interns. The internships lasted 3 month during which I supervised 3 to 4 interns.
  • Received essential experience in sourcing ,screening and making primary interviews for IT roles and SAP positions for companies based in the USA and India
  • Sourced and screened candidates for the CEO and CMO roles for a tech start-up. Worked closely with hiring managers and the founder of the company to coordinate interviews. The CMO that I sourced got hired.
  • Was sourcing and screening the HR positions for international companies.
  • Made about 10 hires for various positions during my working period.
  • Made around 20 calls daily to contact the candidates for the primary interview and to arrange their following interviews.
  • Got familiar with using recruitment platforms such as 'Dice', 'AngelList' and 'Indeed' and the used the HRIS software such as 'Oorwin'.
  • Learned how to plan and helped to run online social events
