I am a highly motivated construction professional with over eight years of experience across residential, commercial, and construction projects, including high-end new build developments delivered in line with NHBC standards. I have experience supervising small teams, coordinating site activities, maintaining health and safety compliance, and delivering high standards of workmanship within fast-paced environments.

I am SMSTS qualified and preparing to commence an HNC in Construction Management in September 2026, while independently developing my knowledge in site operations, project coordination, build programmes, and health & safety management.

Alongside my civilian construction experience, I serve as a Lance Corporal in the British Army Reserves and am currently deployed on OP SHADER supporting operational logistics alongside the RAF. This role has strengthened my leadership, communication, organisation, and ability to perform effectively under pressure within highly regulated environments.

I am highly motivated to progress into site management and bring together practical construction knowledge, leadership experience, and a proactive approach to supporting safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery.

I am currently deployed on active operations in the Middle East, controlling air cargo imports and exports in support of operational requirements. I am responsible for the secure handling, documentation, and tracking of cargo and equipment, ensuring accuracy and full compliance with stringent safety, security, and logistics procedures.

I operate within a highly regulated environment and have proven experience leading personnel, coordinating workloads, and managing resources under pressure. I consistently demonstrate strong decision-making, clear communication, and a calm, professional approach to maintaining operational efficiency and safety in demanding conditions.
