I have a great interest in various functions in the production and/or management of food and other agricultural related commodities. My End-of-course research project for the award of a BSc in Agriculture was on the Impact of Poultry Manure on the Growth and Yield of Cabbage; where I analyzed the impact of four different rates on organic cabbage production. I chose a career in Agriculture because of the growing concerns on healthy food, a healthy environment and the increasing numbers of undernourished persons in the world. My experience in managing poultry farms for Mintikkis Farm Ltd, my family’s cocoa farm and a series of farm practical sessions and field study visits carried out in the course of my training, has given me practical insight on food production and/or management. I have great social skills with a good sense of humor. I am equally good at IT basics and driving where I hold a category ‘B’ driver’s license by CEMAC rating. Finally I have 4 years of work experience in large scale poultry production, 9 months plus working experience and hands-on skills in electrification and 2 months of working experience in restaurant dish washing and general assistance.
