Project management:

• Providing a common framework of good-practice standards, tools, templates and processes for running and governing the portfolio of projects and programmes
• Authority and responsibility for an area that is of significant importance to the delivery of change projects
• Portfolio prioritisation, risk management
• Creation of a portfolio of projects with dependencies, responsible, customers. All projects are divided into phases and stages.

Process management:

• Quarterly planning of the department (500+ employees). The Department of Technology is the executor for all departments of the company. Tasks come from different customers with different scopes and priorities.
• Ensuring the implementation of the company's strategy. For three years, the department has its own strategy and is the executor for other divisions.
• Creating and implement Technology strategy
• Management, creation, and change of department processes. The planning process has been automated and streamlined. Created and modernized weekly, quarterly and annual reports.
• Change management. The department's processes have been significantly changed due to the pandemic: a hybrid mode of operation, a change in the bonus program, benefits for employees have been worked out, a change in hiring people.
• Optimization of the development process.

People management:

• Forming a team. Hiring and onboarding more than 10 team members.
• Management of a team of 10 people (Project managers, Operations managers, Resource managers, Business assistants).

• Working with complex projects (50+ people, duration up to 1 year). The launch of the project, within which the infrastructure of the company was significantly changed, and the KPIs were increased up to 30%
• Leding cross-functional teams to successfully deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Managing project scope, schedule, and resources, ensuring alignment with client expectations and organizational goals.
• Developing detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones to track progress and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinating with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project objectives, and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identifiing potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and cost overruns.
• Conducting regular status meetings with team members and stakeholders to review progress, address issues, and adjust plans as needed.
• Utilizing project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project) to monitor tasks, allocating resources, and generating reports.
• Managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and providing updates to senior management.
• Facilitating change management processes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to project timelines.

• Launch of a project to merge two companies in 3 months. My part was to integrate all systems, sites, databases. The project was completed on time.
• Manage various IT and Organizational projects
• Initiate Projects Internally and externally (leading internal handovers and customer kick-offs)
• Adopt and negotiate appropriate project scope needed to deliver the solution
• Build or contribute to tools, techniques and methodology of the project delivery process

• Working under the task of changing the bonus program. Three teams (about 25 people) worked on the change, made all the changes in 2 months.
• Collecting requirements for product changes based on the results of usability testing

• Launch of the denomination project in Belarus. A project with a tight deadline affects all company financial areas in Belarus.
• Launch of the inventory project. Even the launch of the MVP reduced the inventory process in one warehouse by 100 man-days.
