  • Worked 10 hours daily: Sold cold drinks, cigarettes, what normally found in peripteros + Appetizers from the oven + coffee/tea.
  • Improved customer satisfaction by engaging in general discussions with random visitors to increase their need to come to us again.
  • Organized small surveys based on which changed 30% of products and increased sales by 35% in 2019 (compared to 2018).
  • (thanks to survey) Set a TV + playstation to make the periptero more attractive which increase the sales of Ice-cream, crackers, candy and soft drinks.

  • Divided all area of Limassol and approached each house/apartment in area to sell CYTA mobile package. When no one is home their is requested (if possible).
  • 40-65 calls were made/week.
  • Also had list of phones that we needed to contact via call center (same service is offered CYTA mobile) package with discount for internet OR yearly plan).
  • 1st quarter soled 90 mobile packages, 2nd 120 and grew 25%-30% (package=90 EUR).
  • By End of 2018 years me and my team created Face2FAce + call + retention sales technique:

Approach potential buyer by knocking the door of their home, if not sure about the sales, let the buyer think for few days after which we call him for the decision, if still not sure offer a big discount but for give short period of time for thinking (i.e I am offering you 50% discount on yearly plan but we gives a yes in 30 minutes when I call back). NORMALLY after this step it's SOLD.

If it's a still a no, then it's long time retention customer, in this case we clarify potential buyers birthday and call with a special offer to sell the Package again. In cases 9 out 10 it's sale.

All remaining potential buyers who remained potential buys are collected and called once in 4 months so understand how else can we sell to this BUYER.
